In an effort to accommodate millinery students who want to continue their projects in our fully equipped space, we are offering an Open Studio. Students will have full use of the wooden blocks and forms and Jill will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Join us for a fun 3 hour class where we will walk you through the process of making some fun and festive hair accessories for the holidays! We will provide you with all of the materials and tools necessary, all you need is your imagination and some starter sewing skills (if you can sew on a button, you're good)!

Learn basic millinery techniques and the art of hand-stiching to craft your own fascinator using straw, veiling, silk, grosgrain ribbon, feathers and more.

NEW - We are offering a one-day Turban Workshop, where you will make your own custom turban from start to finish! Students will learn the technique of draping and gathering fabric as well as discuss the different types of turban making techniques.

For the first time we are offering a Pillbox-Making Workshop, where you will make your own silk pillbox from start to finish!  Students will learn the technique of blocking, wiring and finishing a buckram frame as well as how to cover the frame in silk, and finish it to their size. 

New for the 2014 Fall Season! We are offering a three-day intensive Felt Blocking Workshop. In this workshop, students will learn the technique of hat blocking, including: manipulating the felt on wooden hat blocks, wiring the brim, finishing hats to the appropriate size, and basic trimming techniques.
